Beach Setup Policies & Terms
By completing your beach package reservation, you agree to the following policies:
1. Delivery & Setup
Setup will be completed by 9:00 AM at the beach location you specify. Takedown will occur at 4:00 PM unless otherwise arranged. Whenever possible, we will set up according to your preferences. Once setup is complete, you will receive a text confirmation with a photo of your setup. Please reply to confirm you received it.
2. Care & Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition it was delivered, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use.
3. Liability
All rentals are used at your own risk. Shore to Please, LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use of the equipment. By reserving, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shore to Please, LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims or liabilities related to your use of the equipment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by 7:00 AM on the day of service will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 7:00 AM are non-refundable. Once your beach rental and/or setup has been completed, no refunds will be issued for inclement weather or early departure.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, with venues in Monmouth and Ocean County.

Your beach gear will be dropped off early in the morning at the location you specify. Please notify your property manager or host that a rental delivery is scheduled. Once drop-off is complete, you will receive a text with a photo confirming the gear has been delivered. Shore to Please, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items after delivery has been confirmed.
2. Care & Use of Equipment

Beach Wheelchair Liability Waiver
Shore to Please, LLC
By completing this checkout, you (“User”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of a beach wheelchair provided by Shore to Please, LLC (“Company”):
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that using a beach wheelchair involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, tipping, collisions, or environmental hazards such as sand, water, and uneven terrain. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with its use.
2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Shore to Please, LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may result from my use of the beach wheelchair, including those arising from negligence.
3. Waiver of Claims
I agree not to pursue any legal claims or actions against Shore to Please, LLC for any injury, property damage, or loss related to the use of the beach wheelchair.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold Shore to Please, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my use or misuse of the beach wheelchair.
5. Compliance with Instructions
I agree to use the beach wheelchair only in accordance with safety instructions and guidelines provided. Misuse or unsafe operation may result in termination of rental privileges without refund.
6. Acknowledgment
By checking the box at checkout, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver, and that I am at least 18 years of age or the legal guardian of the user.
